Introductory Patient Stretches
This page is intended for guidance to existing patients of our office only. These are some of the commonly prescribed introductory exercises to our pateints for both "at -home" and "in-office" use. These stretches and activities are intended to be at a beginners level and therefore very general. More specific activities are patient-specific and prescribed one-on-one with the Doctor.
